Incident Report
Line Manager / HOD Must set an incident report detailing the situation and the involved staff to hrm@homebakery.ae within 72 hours after the incident occurs.

Counselling Session
Human Resources will evaluate the situation and schedule a session with the involved staff together with the Line Manager / HOD. On this session, the involved employees will have the opportunity to explain and provide the statement.


Statement Report
Once the employees have stated the conflict, they will write an statement report in the presence of Human Resources and the Line Manager. The report must detail the discussed conflict, adhering to the version given.

Disciplinary Action
Human Resources will Evaluate the nature of the incident and determine the corrective action. Based on the action to follow, the corresponding documentation will be given to the involved to review and acknowledge by signing the document. In the case of the employee to be suspended, the corresponding suspension letter will be issued and an investigation will commence.

Appeals
After the Disciplinary Action is determined by Human Resources, the employee has three working days to appeal the final decision. The employee must prepare the appeal letter and address to their line manager, who will communicate with human resource and evaluate the situation until reaching second final decision.
